New Client?
  • Please call, text or email me to check availability of the dates you require, as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment
  • Include your exact location, dates required, number of daily visits and any health issues/meds
  • To be added as a client and to confirm your dates, a Pet Sitting Contract, along with Pet Information, Pet Owner Information and Veterinarian Release forms will need to be completed and signed before the start of service. This is a one-time process. These forms are kept on file and new forms are not required each time you book. It is the owner's responsibility to keep me updated with any changes to your pet's needs, health and/or veterinary information
  • A complimentary "Meet & Greet" in your home will be arranged at a mutually convenient day/time to assess the needs of both you and your kitty. This is a prerequisite.
  • Receiving your keys at the time of our meeting, is convenient and much appreciated. You have the option of leaving your keys with me for all of your future sitting dates. You may rest assured that they will be safeguarded while in my possession
  • A few days prior to the start of our contract, I will text/email you to re-confirm your dates. This is a necessary procedure to ensure accuracy
Existing Clients
  • Please advise at time of booking if any of the information of your current Pet Information, Pet Owner Information or Veterinarian Release forms on file has changed (including any change in your pet's health and/or veterinary information)
IMPORTANT
All clients are responsible for ensuring their home is safe and secure for their cat(s) before they leave.
YOUR Cat Nanny Sitting Service is responsible for maintaining the safety of your home and for
your cat(s) during the contract, and will do the utmost to ensure your cat(s) remain safe and healthy.
